PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE EVENTS
What age is your Private & Semi-Private events appropriate for?
Warrior Challenge Arena events/parties are designed for ages 4 years old and up through adults. Our staff will choose activities that are appropriate for the age and skill set of the group.
For safety purposes
CHILDREN 3 YEARS AND YOUNGER ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE ARENA FLOOR
during private/semi-private events but we do have an area for younger kids to be entertained.
The only exception to this rule is for 4&5 yr old parties. In this situation a 3 year old can be on the floor, however:
He/She must be accompanied (within arms reach) of an adult (18+) at all times.
He/She will be considered a participant and charged accordingly.

What is the difference between a Private and Semi-Private Event?
Private Events: you will have the entire arena and Party Room area to yourself.
Semi Private Events: One of two scenarios may take place:
A few extra participants may "Drop-In" to your group. If this occurs the "drop-ins" will be the same age the participants in your group.
You may be sharing the floor with another group. In this instance each group will have its own coach and be participating in activities on opposite sides of the floor from one another. About half way through the group will rotate. You will have access to the entire arena. You will not miss out on any activities.
My child was invited to a party can his/her sibling play alongside?
Older and younger siblings are welcome to be participants in the birthday group. For much older siblings they may even play on and try equipment separate from the groups activity.
The Party's Host pays for each participant on the floor, therefore, if you want an uninvited sibling to stay and play, let our front desk staff know and we can charge you separately for their time on the floor.
What if I do not have a group of 12 people or more?
We can host your group if you do not have 12 participants, however, the package cost will remain the same. You can also plan to attend one of our drop-in sessions and will just be charged for the number of participants you bring.
We may able to offer you a custom package solution if your event can take place on a weekday. For a custom quote call the arena.
Can adults play at kid event?
Absolutely! The hosts of a private or semi-private event are more then welcome to be out on the arena floor with their kids, engaging in activities or taking pictures and encouraging them. Adults, other than the host parents are also encouraged to join in on the fun, however, they will be counted among the participants and charged accordingly.
We ask that Adults who are "spectators" (not joining in on the fun) to please wait in our waiting area or in the Party Room area if it has been rented and is available. Please note that our waiting area is not extremely large and if you plan to have a lot of spectators we suggest renting the party room.
Is the Party Room sound proof?
No. The Party "Room" is actually an open space area that has been designated for food and drink consumption. (Food and drink items are not allowed anywhere else in the arena.) The space is not enclosed or sound proof.
What do you provide and what should I bring for the Party Room?
For each Party Room we provide two, 8 ft, rectangular tables with seating. Each table holds approximately 12 kids or 10 adults. There is also a smaller, 3 ft, rectangular table provided for food set up.
We encourage you to make your Party Room festive! Bring table cloths, plates and napkins in your kiddos favorite theme or colors. Feel free to bring balloons, table toppers and cake stands as you desire.
Please DO NOT bring
Devices to heat food such as crock pots, hot plates or gel burners.
Confetti, streamers, glitter or small bouncing or flying objects that might end up in another parties food.
Can I bring my own food into the party room?
Yes! You can bring in any outside food items you choose with the exception of pizza. If you would like to order pizza we ask that you do it through our front desk staff, 24 hours in advance. We order your pizza to arrive 5-10 min before participants get off the floor so it's still hot when you sit down
We have a corporate account with Marco's Pizza, and we happily pass our discount on to you! If you have a pizza preference let our front desk staff know and we will order it from the company of your choice.
Do you have a freezer for ice cream?
Yes. A refrigerator and freezer are available for your use.
Is 30 minutes enough time in the Party Room?
Yes. 30 min is enough time to eat some food, sing happy birthday then eat cake...and don't worry the clean up is our job! However, if you also want time to open presents and chat and show pictures to in coming parents as they pick up their kids you may want to considering extending your Party Room rental to a full hour.
FREE PLAY OPTIONS
Do you offer free play?
Yes! We have Family Drop-in, for ages 6+, scheduled every SATURDAY. Drop-in starts at 10:00 am and ends at either 11:00 am (1 hr pass) or 11:30 am (1.5 hr pass). If you cant make it at 10 am on Saturday we may be able to match up your kiddo with one of the many semi-private events that take place on Saturdays and Sundays. Call to inquire about these other times.
We also offer Half-Day Camps (3-5 hrs), for ages 6-15 yrs, during most Spring, Summer, Winter and Holiday breaks. We track local school closures and try to offer Half-Day Camps on those days as well. Camp Dates are listed on our Drop-In & Camps page.
Regardless if you choose to visit us for a Family Drop-in or Half-day Camp, you must reserve your spot in advance. You can do this using the "register now buttons"on our Drop-In & Camps page or by calling us at 720-370-9700.
Private & Semi-Private Events:
Your deposit is the minimum package price and and it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you have to cancel your event entirely. We can, however, reschedule your event to another day/time if an emergency should occur.
- Rescheduling with 14 days notice: Your original deposit will apply to the new booking and no other fees will be incurred.
- Rescheduling with LESS then 14 days notice:
a) If a party is rescheduled with less then 14 days notice and we are able book a different event
in that time slot, no other fees will be incurred.
b) If a party is rescheduled with less then 14 days notice but we are NOT able book a different event in that time slot, a $50 Rescheduling Fee will be added to your event/party total.
Payments taken for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. We suggest signing up for "Trial Class" to make sure your ninja is ready before purchasing a package option. We can, however, "PAUSE" your membership if your child needs to miss classes for an extended period of time.
Drop-Ins and Camps:
Payments taken for Drop-ins and Camps are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if we are notified at least 24 before your Drop-In or Camp is to take place we can reschedule your child for a different day/time.
What are your hours?
Warrior Challenge Arena is open by appointment Monday through Sunday. Typically, Saturday activities start at or around 10:00 am and Sunday at 11:00 am. We book events on weekdays and evenings as well, so please call us at (720) 370-9700 for availability.
What should I wear to an event?
Comfortable Athletic Clothing! Shoes are not worn in the arena and socks are optional.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our arena can accommodate groups of up to 150 adults and up to 200 youth. For larger group sizes, please call us at (720) 370-9700 for options.
Can you go on location?
Warrior Challenge Arena is completely mobile. On-location event pricing starts at $5,000 and increases based on total number of participants and length of activity.
